Heartbreak Collection!!!
This is what we personally think of love and valentines day....ha ha. No, we are both in LOVE and LOVE our families, but Valentines day is neither of our favorite holidays. Too much mushy gooshy lovey dovey stuff... But we do love the colors of valentines and it was so much fun to make hairclips and headbands in all shades of pinks and reds. All of the hair clips shown we sell at Mutt N' Jeffs in Rigby. It is on Main Street and super easy to find. They have all sorts of stuff in there..home decor, clothes, furniture, etc.... Or you can custom order anything from our blog.

Ballroom Blitz
How ironic....the same week black birds are mysteriously falling from the sky these little guys were created??? I am surprised that we haven't been arrested yet. This was the big joke of the week as my sister and I were covered in glue and feathers. We truly look like we had been tarred and feathered. We made 36 of these funky clips for a dance team. It was so much fun throwing all this "crap" together. They came together quite well and in the end they looked awesome. The team danced to "Ballroom Blitz" which is still playing over and over and over in my head. We tested each one of these babies out by dancing to the song and flinging them around. The dance consists of flips, turns, jumps, etc...so we knew that they had to be made sturdy. In the end only one ended on the gym floor....Pretty good we thought. They coordinated perfect with the costumes which is good because the costumes arrived the day of their first performance. These were a lot of work, but it felt great to finish them and see how great they looked.
